'Applying the different strategies in class will not only help me as a teacher understand my students, but the students will also be able to use these tools to help them understand themselves better as a learner.'

'One of the highlights for me was when our staff had the opportunity to discuss practical ideas and examples of developing and encouraging resilience in the classroom. Cerys also explored the importance of how we as adults model resilience, being mindful of the language we use and the behaviour we model.'
